2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and FYN Stationers is formed when your order is accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There has been an obvious pricing error.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
• We are unable to fulfil the order.

If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.

• Packaging may occasionally differ from photographs due to manufacturer updates.
• Measurements may vary slightly.

These differences do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

5. Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either:

• A refund; or
• An alternative product if you would prefer.

Some products may be available to purchase on backorder. A backordered item is one that is temporarily out of stock but can still be ordered, allowing you to reserve the item before it becomes available again.

Where a product is listed as available on backorder, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page where possible. Please note that these estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally change due to manufacturer production schedules, supplier availability or shipping delays that are outside of our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you to keep you informed. If we are unable to fulfil your backorder within a reasonable time, or if the product becomes unavailable, you may choose to:

• Continue waiting for the item;
• Transfer your payment to an alternative product (where available); or
• Receive a full refund.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and is not offered on backorder, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange either:

• A full refund; or
• An alternative product, if you would prefer.

6. Delivery

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only.

Unless otherwise requested or specified, all items will be delivered using Royal Mail 2nd Class as a postal service.

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
